Garrett Ace 400i metal detector
The new Ace 400i metal detector incorporates the latest Garrett technology, which was launched in 2016. This device is ideal for finding coins, relics, treasures and jewelry.
This device has improved iron discrimination, manual ground balance, graphic object analysis, one-touch, iron tones, pinpointing and more precise object identification with numbers.
The Ace 400i is the top model in the Ace series. The value for money of the Garrett Ace is very good. Higher search frequency
The Ace 400i with its 10 KHZ has a higher search frequency than the earlier Ace models (6.5 KHZ-Ace 150, Ace 250, Euro Ace, Ace 200i and 300i) The advantage of this 10 KHZ higher search frequency is the improved sensitivity to low and medium conductive objects (gold, lead etc.)
DD search coil for good depth range
Equipped with the Proformance DD search coil 21.5 x 28 cm (8.5 “x 11”) for additional depth performance and precise point allocation. This search coil reduces the negative effects of mineralized soils. You will be able to get a good range of depth. Numerical object identification (1-99)
The Ace 400i metal detector has both segment identification and numerical object identification (1-99). Iron audio / iron tone
The Iron Audio feature allows the user to adjust the volume for iron, which makes the iron signal easier to hear, or it can be turned off completely so you won’t hear a sound if iron is detected. This function contributes to the better detection of iron objects. The advantage of Iron Audio over the discrimination function is that you keep the low range. If you use the discrimination function, it always has a negative effect on your depth range.
Pinpoint location
The Garrett Ace 400i has a pinpoint function as an extra. This is a tool for the exact location of objects. This allows you to find the position of the object more precisely and so you have less work to dig up the object.
Notch
The notch function enables you to discriminate very precisely. You can now even discriminate against certain ID sigments.
Frequency switch
To prevent interference with other metal detectors and electronics, the Ace 400i offers a frequency switch. If your detector is interfered with by other detectors, you can easily change the frequency.
Waterproof search coil
The Ace 400i has a waterproof search coil, only the display is not waterproof. So you can use the detector in shallow water as long as the display doesn’t get wet. Even when it rains, you have to protect your display with electronic protection.
Reaction speed
